The Ice Caves Trail

Intermediate Riders - Approximately 3 Hours

The Ice Caves Ride leaves from the Ranch and travels across single track trails as well as open riding trails allowing us to ride in a group rather than single file.  The ride meanders along the valley floor, and gradually climbs to a gentle rolling high ridge.  Our travels will take us through old stands of pines and through old growth forests.  There are awesome rock formations along the way and a ravine complete with ice caves.  Hang on to your seat as we ride high ridges towering above the Kickapoo River and step by step drop down to the most secluded part of the trail system along the valley floor.  The silence is deafening.  This is a ride where the scenery changes around every corner.  One of our most scenic rides in the Kickapoo Valley Reserve.
