At the Kickapoo Valley Ranch, we couldn't keep the year-round beauty all to ourselves, so we have built the "1889 Western Village" & the "Cabins on the Summit"; our very own fully-appointed "five-star" guest accommodations. In every season, there are breathtaking views from the expansive porches! A cozy fire in the wintertime; air-conditioning in the summer. Most cabins feature king sized beds! All accommodations have handmade quilts & a choice in pillows. In March of 2012 we introduced all new bed linens. Crisp, fresh, luxurious! And the cabins now have free WiFi internet access!* There are kitchenettes with microwave & stovetop, sink & refrigerator, pots & pans, dishes & flatware. All cabins feature full bathrooms, DVD players, & Nantucket rockers on the porches. Cowboy coffee & eco-friendly bath products. The list of amenities goes on & on. The very finest in guest accommodations all with a homey, western flair! Trust me... We have thought of everything! Wondering if you need to bring something along for your stay? There are no dining facilities on the property. Cabins are incredibly well-appointed for "self catering" or there are a wonderful array of dining opportunities a very short distance from your cabin door. (See the middle of or FAQ's page for an area restaurant & grocery store list.)

***Two night minimum regularly applies. One night stays not always available, but may be on occasion. Call Cowboy Joe at 608.625.6222 to check availability. When available a one night stay in Slick's, Bill's, Kitty's or The Whitetail priced at $199.00. One night stay in Jack's or The Woodview priced at $219.00. One night stay The Albertella priced at $239.00. One night stay in The Big Sky Getaway priced at $249.00. All additional fees & taxes apply.
***These prices are based on double occupancy (one or two guests) with a per night fee of $20.00 for each additional child, $25.00 for each additional adult. (limited to two, except in The Albertella - limited to two extra adult guests or up to four children.) Additional fee, per night applies to all guests over the age of one. Cabin capacity is four in every cabin, six in the Albertella. Capacity includes all persons regardless of age.
*There are no accommodations at the Ranch for guest-owned horses or pets.
*The Kickapoo Valley Ranch accommodations are smoke-free.
*We are a small resort accommodation facility. Unlike hotels we do not over book cabins expecting cancellations and "no-shows". Therefore we cannot refund deposits less than 14 days in advance. Additional policies can be found on our FAQ's page.
*Every effort will be made to accommodate you in your requested cabin; however, management reserves the right to substitute when absolutely necessary. Again we are a small resort accommodation facility & challenges can occur from time-to-time.
