The Rockton Trail

The Rockton Adventure ride is the best of the best the Kickapoo Valley has to offer.  Leaving from the Ranch and heading into the Reserve, the ride makes it’s way to our lunch stop, The Rockton Inn.  If you are up for the challenge there is just something nostalgic about riding out of the wilderness, into a little town on a plateau and grabbing a bite to eat.  It will take you back to the Old West watering hole stories that seem like fiction.  Along the way ancient reminders of past travelers are sure to spark conversation.  Water crossings, panoramic views and timeless rock outcroppings leave you with a feeling that you could go on forever.  The ride to Rockton and back is steady and not much grass will grow under our hooves.  The Rockton Trail will leave you feeling worthy of the title, "Cowboy" or "Cowgirl."  There are so many amazing aspects of the Kickapoo Valley Reserve that you will experience on this ride and enough photo opportunities to fill a memory card.  An awesome endurance type ride for anyone ready for it.  Get ready to settle into the saddle, you won’t be disappointed!
